At Cowpresso Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, returns are generally restricted to hardware and defective merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.

Return Shipment
Once approved, securely pack the items and drop them off at our physical showroom or mail them to our designated return address.

After inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement coffee gear within 3-5 business days.
